Appointments

We continue to operate a GP Telephone Triage System but are now in a position to offer a limited number of face to face appointments, these can be booked by phone or online via the Patient Access System. Face to face appointments are for one patient, to discuss one problem, and we ask for your cooperation with this policy.

Patients can ring from 8.30am (Mon to Fri) to request a Telephone Consultation with a Doctor (Tel. 02891 823121).  Our Reception Staff will ask for a brief reason for your request to help allocate the call appropriately. You may be asked to ring back the next day if the call list is full.  (As always if you have a medical need that requires urgent attention then a call can be logged anytime throughout the day between 8.30am and 6pm).

Remember if you have a fever and/or new cough please inform the Practice before attending and wear a face covering when entering the building.

We would ask that you do not arrive at the practice with an emergency problem without contacting the Practice first. This is to ensure that there is a doctor in the building as often all of the doctors are out on home visits, especially from 12.00pm-2.00pm.

Booking Appointments Online

You can now book appointments online via Patient Access. Click here to access the system.

Patients can now book appointments online. In order to register for this service you will need to come to the surgery and request a PIN number.  When you receive your PIN you will be given an instruction sheet to assist you with the registration process.
