Cancel Your Appointment
Every month approximately 180 patients fail to attend an appointment at the practice. If cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible so someone else can take your place.

Maternity Services

As soon as you have a positive pregnancy test, you can now refer yourself directly for maternity care Hospital within the South Eastern HSC Trust.

Please complete the form below and email it to the relevant address. Upon receipt, midwives will arrange the first booking appointment for you, and also notify your GP of your pregnancy.

Community Antenatal Appointments During COVID19 Pandemic

Following guidance from RCOG community midwives will no longer routinely require low risk pregnant women who are keeping well to attend for 16 wk & 25 wk & 38 wk appointments at GP Practice.  

Schedule for low risk women during COVID19 Pandemic will be:

Booking Visit - telephone call booking appt

Dating Scan  - Hospital

18 - 20 Wk Scan - Hospital (this may be suspended if required)

28 Wks - Community Midwife Appt - GP Practice

32 Wks - Community Midwife Appt- GP Practice

36 Wks - Community Midwife Appt - GP Practice

40 Wks - Community Midwife Appts - GP Practice
